Recharge: A Women’s Well-Being Workshop is designed to support women seeking balance without burnout as they navigate stress, emotional exhaustion, and competing demands across many seasons of life, including parenting, caregiving, professional demands, and evolving personal identities.

Through a thoughtful blend of guided teaching, meaningful conversation, reflective practices, grounding techniques, and creative expression, participants will gain insight, connection, and practical tools to help them restore balance and support sustainable well-being.

What participants will gain

Participants will:

  • Develop a deeper understanding of burnout and how it uniquely affects women
  • Identify internal and external pressures that make balance without burnout challenging
  • Learn and practice accessible nervous system regulation tools to support daily life
  • Explore boundaries and emotional labor through guided, supportive discussion
  • Reconnect with personal identity and inner voice through reflective writing and creative activities
  • Leave with realistic, sustainable practices for cultivating balance without burnout
Meet our facilitator

Ryann Kuchle, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience supporting women through stress, burnout, and life transitions. Trained in evidence-based therapeutic approaches, Ryann combines compassion, practical tools, and strengths-based strategies to help individuals build resilience and restore balance.
